Think Tank for Learning and OD Professionals in the Healthcare Arena
The Central Mass ASTD chapter is pleased to announce a Special Interest Group (SIG) for our learning and OD colleagues who practice in the health care arena. With unprecedented change facing healthcare, it its increasingly important for learning and OD professionals to offer solutions to our organizational leaders to help shape the future. As colleagues we can share ideas and strategies for initiating and sustaining change in our organizations and give and receive guidance, advice and perspective on the burning issues of the day. Our ‘Think Tank” helps broaden your professional network with like-minded professionals. Our hope, after the initial meeting, is to schedule on-going, regular meetings that are shaped by active participants based on the group’s interests.
