What It Is

This mastermind, hosted by ATD Central Massachusetts, is a confidential peer group for independent consultants to collaborate on business growth. Limited to 10 participants, it will feature monthly 60-minute Zoom sessions starting January 29, 2026, at 6:30 PM ET.

  • Structure: 20 minutes on branding and service refinement (e.g., unique value propositions, client optimization).

  • Activities: Hot seats for real-time challenge-solving with peer feedback and action steps.

  • Format: Fully virtual, global access.

Why It Matters

Independent consulting can be isolating—challenges like weak branding or stalled scaling often hinder progress. This mastermind delivers accountability, diverse insights, and practical tools to drive results:

  • Build a standout brand that attracts premium clients.

  • Refine services for higher revenue and efficiency.

  • Gain momentum through peer support, leading to 20-30% potential growth (based on similar programs). Expert facilitation ensures focused, high-impact discussions, helping you execute strategies faster in a competitive market.

Who It's For

Tailored for leadership or talent development consultants owning their own businesses (solopreneurs or small firms) ready for advanced growth.

  • Fit: Motivated participants committed to confidentiality, active engagement, and no-selling.

  • Not For: Beginners or those seeking passive networking.

  • Cost: Free for ATD members; $10 non-members.
