This interactive program is designed for trainers and coaches who specialize in leadership, communication, or teamwork. It introduces a simple yet powerful model based on four core communication styles. You will learn practical strategies to enhance connection and engagement—especially with challenging trainees.
Through use of this model, trainers will see how to help leaders: increase clarity, reduce misunderstandings, and foster stronger workplace connections—leading to higher engagement, productivity, and retention. When communication styles go unrecognized, misinterpretation and frustration can derail a team. This program equips trainers with the tools to bridge communication gaps, adapt their delivery, and help their own learners become more effective communicators and leaders.
Trainers (and later their learners) will gain insights into and practical strategies to:
- Recognize and respond to diverse communication styles for stronger engagement.
- Correct Misinterpretations – Understand how they may be misreading others
- communication and behavior.
- Clarify Their Own Communication – Identify ways their style may cause confusion or frustration for others.
- Strengthen Connections and Engagement – Tailor their approach to build rapport and improve communication.
- Interactive discussions will highlight these style differences and provide opportunities to explore practical application back on the job.
Special Bonus:
All participants who keep their cameras on (mostly) will be able to sign up to take the assessment for free at the end of the program and receive a personalized report about their communication style.
Important Note: 90 minute session with no separate networking period.
