Join us for an exciting session on Professional Coaching! Explore the incredible benefits it offers to organizations and learn essential coaching best practices to boost your team's capabilities.

Attendees will be able to:

- define what coaching is and its role in talent dev

- recognize differences between mentoring & coaching

- learn about the coaching mindset and different coaching models/fundamentals

- discuss how they can advocate for coaching within their organization


Important Note: This is 60 minutes of content with networking period.

Carly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Central Florida. She is a licensed CPA and spent the early years of her career working in client service in tax compliance. She is currently pursuing her Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the ICF.  

Carly’s passion for helping individuals create authentic, effective, and fruitful relationships has led her to specialize in people, talent and operations. She has experience working with individuals in 1:1 coaching relationships and group settings. Carly helps create both individual and team coaching solutions to build united environments that foster high performance, hard work, and harmony regardless of time zone or location.

Central Massachusetts Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer programs that can be used towards  initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials. This program has been approved for a maximum of 1.0 points.
