
In this virtual learning program our facilitator, Bob Oldenburg will equip attendees with key concepts and skills to have more effective conversations in work and life. Learn about how others bring different perspectives to a conversation and our responsibility to acknowledge it. Using a framework to plan difficult conversations, you will practice listening for understanding and how to take the first step in having courageous conversations. The program supports the ATD Capability Model Building Personal Capability domain and specifically the Communication capability of Collaboration and Leadership.
