Moving from traditional Learning Management System (LMS) based training to a mobile learning experience is the perfect opportunity to reevaluate and refine your overall learning design and development strategy.  Today's learners are expecting to learn anywhere and anytime, and offering mobile learning options meets the demands of the current workforce.

We’ll walk through the steps of evaluating your current state and moving towards an achievable and scalable mobile-first strategy that will align to business requirements and the needs of your diverse learning communities.

In this session, we will discuss:

  • Best practices for mobile-first design and delivery

  • Shifting your teams design mindset from desktop-first to mobile-first

 

Tracy Fitzback Cunningham 

Tracy is the Instructional Design and Development Manager at BJ’s Wholesale Club in Framingham. She has 20 years of experience developing online content and learning experiences across a broad range of industries including higher education, consumer products, and retail.  Tracy’s area of expertise is innovation in online learning by using design thinking and human-centered design methodologies. Tracy is a creative and curious learning leader that is passionate about helping individuals and teams solve complex problems and create sustainable solutions in the learning design space.

Central Massachusetts Chapter has been pre-approved by the ATD Certification Institute to offer programs that can be used towards  initial eligibility and recertification of the Certified Professional in Talent Development (CPTD) and Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD) credentials.
