Successfully Negotiating Conflicts in the Workplace

Conflict is omnipresent and learning how to productively engage in it unleashes innovation, creativity, higher performance, and greater workplace satisfaction. We invite you to join us in a discussion about negotiation and employee conflict resolution. Focus areas will include:

• Distinguishing between healthy and unhealthy conflict
  
• Proactively preventing conflicts and using effective tools to navigate creative resolutions in your current conflicts
  
• Successfully negotiating agreements between diverse stakeholders while building relationships.

Christine Johnson, PhD, Principal of Coherent Impact ww.coherentimpact.com, is a negotiation and conflict resolution expert. She has over 15 years of professional experience negotiating diverse stakeholder agreements as well as creatively resolving conflicts with individuals and teams.

Christine’s approach combines best practices in negotiation and conflict resolution. Christine is a graduate of the Harvard Law School Negotiation and Leadership Program and is a facilitator/negotiator for the Global Negotiating Firm INCS www.incs.international. She is also a Clinical Assistant Professor at Brown University.
